When I receive your text, I will text you back, and we will schedule a time when you are free to talk.  When we talk I'll let you know days and times that I might be open, and we will discuss if  insurance might cover part/all of the cost of your child's visits.   If my availability and your concerns  are a good fit, we will set up the first parent consultation where we begin our journey of play therapy together.
